My experience at this hotel was decidedly disappointing. The structure appears to lack adequate maintenance: the environments are neglected, the furnishings are outdated, worn, and in many cases, dilapidated. Overall, the hotel is far from the standards one would expect from a facility classified as 4 stars. The pool area is also in poorly maintained conditions, with shabby furnishings that contribute to a general impression of abandonment and lack of attention to detail. Everywhere, there is a noticeable need for significant renovation and maintenance work. The staff proved to be kind and helpful, but unfortunately, courtesy is not enough to compensate for the state of the structure and the sense of neglect that characterizes the entire stay. Considering the declared category of the hotel, the relationship between expectations and reality was strongly disappointing.

Structure dated 2 km from the center with great potential (pool... common areas...) but in need of modernization. Conflicting opinions are probably dictated by the type of room assigned.... mine was clean but bathroom and windows are to be fixed. The environment in general is clean and the staff courteous and professional. The 4th bullet is for the chef and his kitchen..... very good!! (Next stop Hotel Pausania Inn in Tempio Pausania)
