Hotel Florida - What impressed me most was the location, close to both the beach and the historic center, allowing us to visit most places on foot. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, the value for money was very good. We stayed in an apartment rented through the hotel, which gave us access to hotel facilities. The gym and swimming pool were excellent, and having refreshments available was a nice bonus. After returning from the beach, we also appreciated being able to take a shower before continuing our day.

We booked an ocean view room for 2 nights Upon arrival, we were asked to pay for the stay and the tourist taxes for 2 nights. When we went to see room 204, it reeked of tobacco even though smoking is prohibited. I went back to the front desk to change rooms. They forced us to go back down to the front desk with all our luggage before finally giving us another room. The front desk also wanted to move us to a different room after one day, and we had to get angry to be able to keep the room for 2 nights. The next day, a little revenge: the key no longer worked, so back to the front desk. In short, a decent room at best, mediocre and unfriendly front desk service. Even the pool towels are for rent.. I do not recommend it
