Great location , city and several beaches on walking biking distance. Spacious appartement 4-6 persons, tiny weird shower in a spacious bathroom.. comfortable beds for both heavy and light people. We stayed 5 nights , no cleaning just one time extra towels . The only minus was the pool only open from 10-19 h, so missed all my morning swims where i chose this appartement for. Bike rental with good service opposite appartement at the campsite.

Big disappointment after several years in which everything was well managed. Dirty stairs and poorly managed pool to say the least. The cleaners and the very polite lifeguards do their job very well, but the users are very often rude and inadequate to use the common good. I believe in partial skimming, especially in the pool, which often becomes dangerous. Despite the reproaches of lifeguards, it is used as a diving pad among the most annoying and insistent, forcing people to leave because of the screams and splashes of water caused by balloons of unprecedented violence. Customers trespassing from the terrace of their ground floor apartment, directly into the pool, after passing through earthy areas. I'm sorry because it has always been a very quiet residence. Can discounts for foreign groups be worthwhile in the interests of credibility and good name of the above?

Very disappointing structure starting from the non-existent cleanliness and hygiene (underwear in the wardrobe drawers, bathroom walls and shower curtain with mould, wool dust even on the walls in the room, sheets supplied for 6 beds all stained). Apart from this, several flooding problems caused leaking siphons (kitchen and bathroom sinks), caused the shower cubicle to lack silicone, and caused the air conditioner to rain like there was no tomorrow (an anomaly that was never resolved because it was the week of August). Result: the supplied sheets and towels perpetually served as floor dryers. Furthermore, they never dried (like our linen) because, once laid out on the balcony, they received drainage water from the upper balconies.. Apartment not suitable for 6 people as a goner but you can adapt. Free toilet paper in reception but if you ask the housekeeper she asks you to pay her.. To all this, we must add the lack of seriousness of the staff... and here I am silent because I could go on for days listing the problems encountered and the responses from the reception... in addition to us, other people have had problems in the same structure and with the personal. Plus point for the swimming pool and for the lifeguards, sociable and polite. Really disappointing stay and not at all relaxing. Days almost entirely spent cleaning, drying floors and going to reception/management to report complaints. Photos and videos available...
