Villaggio Nurral - Campground

Neglected campsite. Bungalow has mold everywhere, smells musty despite airing it out. Just disgusting. 5 nights were planned, but we had to leave after one night. It makes no sense with a gag reflex... Breakfast was advertised. Coffee from a paper cup with a croissant from the supermarket.... According to Booking.com only 300 m to the beach... Hahaha over 2 km through the city! There is no restaurant anymore either! The bar was a folding table..... Hope they at Booking.com finally check this and also change the description + and we get our money back.

⭐ 1/5 - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Highly NOT recommended for families with a 6.50m camper. Dirty and dilapidated bathrooms. No camper service area: no grid for drainage, chemical toilet must be emptied into a normal toilet. An extra 10€ fee was requested at check-in that was not written anywhere because we arrived half an hour after closing, despite being told on the phone that check-in was 24/7. Our 7-year-old daughter paid full price as an adult, whereas at all other campsites in Sardinia she pays a reduced rate. When we asked for a receipt, we were told "we cannot provide a receipt because it is nighttime". No receipt. ⭐ 1/5 - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Highly NOT recommended with family and camper 6.50m. Dirty and dilapidated campsite, same for the bungalows, made from untreated reclaimed materials. The door doesn't even touch the floor. Mice, geckos, insects, and spiders get in through that gap. When I complained, they replied that the bungalows are like that and that it is normal to have scorpions in the room. We had to book another property and leave. When we told them, they were neither surprised nor upset at all. No advertised service is present at the property. A real disgrace. Unfortunately, I am trying to get a refund but I don't know if I will succeed.
