Arbatax Park Resort Dune Hotel

Loved our stay, the team of people who work at this hotel are amazing, very friendly and welcoming, the hotel staff all work so very hard, especially the restaurant, bar, gardeners, cleaners and stewards in the heat and humidity. Hotel needs a spruce up but I can see already that changes are happening and look forward to seeing the resort looking fresh and ready for a new chapter under the new owners. Water sports on site plenty of lifeguards around pools on beach. Plenty of front of house staff always in reception, WIFI a bit hit and miss you do need it for paying at bar, shop and check in for flights and taxi transfers, but hey less phone time maybe that’s why everyone, a lot more cheerful and relaxed .

Excellent service, top village with very friendly and helpful staff; a special thanks also to the lifeguard Luca from the tropical area who helped us a lot and also retrieved clothes and items we could have lost; available on every occasion and with a sunny personality, attentive to every customer request.

The location is exceptional! A place that could compete with the best resorts in the Caribbean, but unfortunately, the management is reminiscent of those absent ones from the 80s. Very kind and pleasant staff, but everything is poorly organized and neglected. The breakfast is just sufficient in both quality and variety. The pizza, on the other hand, is excellent. In the evening at the bar, there is good entertainment music, a pleasant Pop Icons show, but no sign informing about it except at the reception, and the staff proposes the show while you are at the bar; the information is a bit lacking. We were there during a good period; I can’t imagine during peak season, both for the sun loungers and for the buffets, which seem few compared to the number of rooms.
