Castello Affittacamere

Nice location close to the centre, you may literally feel like living in the walls of a castle, going down (max 2 min) you will find a beautiful view :) Great for a weekend in Cagliari. Really nice and very helpful lady from the reception.

Our four-night stay at Affittacamere Castello was a delightful location and perfect opportunity to get to know Cagliari. Located within easy reach to the city centre while being on the edge of the upper view of the city, we had coffee shop breakfasts round the corner, but dinner in our room (there was a fridge there) or nearby in the town below. Our room, prepared punctually and attentively by a friendly hostess, was very large with high ceilings. The heating was perfect, the shower was hot, and there was a generous supply of towels. The bed was very comfortable. We'll certainly return to Cagliari on account of our pleasant stay. I can definitely recommend Affittacamere Castello for service and comfort.

Visit Cagliari end of September for 4 days. Affitacamere Castello has a few good and few bad points. Good points: Location- you are very close to everything, just few minutes walk, but mostly up to hill Price- very reasonable, Bad points: Car park- no car park, the closest car park is about 7 minutes walk- not good when you have to walk up to the hill with suitcase, No lift- apartment is on 3th floor, Language- not speaking English, only Italian or French, Reception- is not reception there, you need to contact them about 2 days before you arrive and then about 20 minutes before you get there Wifi- you need to pay 1€ per day to use it All in all it was good stay in this guess house, just few points which can't ruin your holiday. You not staying there all day. So much nice places to see in Cagliari and Sardinia.
