Cagliari is amazing, but booking a room at Elia's B&B will only make your experience exceed all expectations - trust me, they are incredible! The owners Enrico and Manuela are absolutely amazing people and happy to help with anything they can. Breakfast is delicious and served in the guest area. Manuela looks after it and she is such a sweetheart that she will welcome you with a smile on her face and great energy every single morning. The room is spotless clean and bed is very comfy. There is air conditioning and a small fridge in the room. The location is very handy so you can easily get to the city centre and beaches nearby, even if you do not have a car - which was our case. There are plenty of amenities nearby: a supermarket, pharmacy and a nice pub 2min from the property. Main bus lines also 2min from the property. Enrico and Manuela are very kind and helped us from day 1 to the moment we left the property. It was the perfect stay and we're so looking forward to going back! Grazie tanto, amici! The pros: Room was completely modern with good appointments and air conditioning. Included breakfast was ample. There is plenty of free parking outside the gate, and I was offered a remote that let me through the gate so that I could park inside The neighborhood is fairly quiet. I didn't hear anything. The cons: It's far from the middle of town or the waterfront. This wasn't an issue for me because I had a car. While it's easy to find using an app, there is no sign out front. It's in part of an apartment complex. It isn't staffed all the time. You need to make arrangements with the managers to meet you there. They gave me a mobile number, but my text/SMS messages bounced back for some reason. I finally ended up calling them, and they came over to meet me. That said, it was a good value (45 Euros for the night, including breakfast), and I didn't have to look for parking. The couple who runs are very nice, and the wife prepared the breakfast in the morning.

The hosts were very nice! Rooms Are clean And modern. But if u r a light sleeper I recommend to stay somewhere else. U can hear people living upstairs with their dog barking all the time. Air co is working well. And it's close to the centre.
