Excellent location just a few kilometers from stunning beaches and a vast pine forest. A place immersed in absolute peace. Excellent buffet breakfast served by the very kind waitress. Evening restaurant with excellent local cuisine served by the very skilled Michele. Excellent reception staff, ready to assist you and explain the curiosities of the area and suggest the best beaches, well-maintained pool, and great local aperitifs.

This place has such potential but it is in terrible need of a renovation. The location is amazing, beautiful beaches nearby and friendly staff (on the whole). But. Our room was tired, the furniture looked like it had been cobbled together from a charity shop and there was no way we could have slept with the air conditioning on, it was so noisy. It was nice to have a bath but the grouting around both the bath and shower was old and brown and really unappealing. And as for breakfast…… very little choice, overcooked croissants, some cake and a bit of unappealing bacon/egg. Looking back now, during the rest of our trip around Sardinia, we laugh at the experience we had but it was a big disappointment.

At Is Benas you feel at home, like a real family. Thanks to the staff, always ready to welcome you with a smile, without ever losing professionalism. We stayed 5 nights with our dog Frida, who was treated like a real queen thanks to services designed specifically for our little 4-legged friends ❤️ The pool area is a place of absolute relaxation, where you can really unwind and let yourself be enveloped by the birdsong, the melody of the Sinis breeze that passes gently through the reeds of the surrounding lagoons. The location is great, a step away from the most beautiful beaches of Sinis in particular Maimoni and Mari Ermi, which I love. We chose a classic room, which had all the comforts of a 4-star hotel, including the courtesy set with shampoo, bubble bath and body cream of a particularly delicate and fragrant line. We appreciated the property's attention to ecological and sustainable practices, which is perfectly consistent with the surrounding natural habitat.
