The property enjoys an enviable location in the Castello area, right in front of the Palazzo Regio. Although the room is spacious and cleaning is done every day, the building suffers from the weight of the years: the interiors are unfortunately cold and characterized by excessive humidity. In particular, the bathroom would need renovation. The highlight is undoubtedly the rooftop terrace, which offers breathtaking views, and the kindness of the girls who run the property. A sore point, however, is the breakfast: it is served in a partner bar about 7 minutes walk. Despite the positive reviews read online, the offer proved insufficient: industrial-quality frozen croissants and a savory choice limited to a rustic tomato (you can choose either the croissant or the rustic, bare offer). A service definitely not up to expectations.

All very nice. Room with attention to detail, clean and tidy. Managers friendly and always available for any eventuality. You can get there easily thanks to its location, easily accessible by public transport and a few meters walk.

We spent a simply unforgettable stay in the property suite! The place is lovely, clean, attention to detail, immersed in the tranquility of the historic center of the city, able to convey a sense of peace and authentic beauty (especially at sunset!) We were greeted with great kindness and helpfulness by Roberta who immediately made us feel pampered and at ease. The pride of the residence is definitely the fantastic terrace, on the roof, from which you can admire the whole gulf and the city of Cagliari. Breakfast is served from a nearby bar and, contrary to some reviews read, even there we found availability, kindness and enjoyed a great breakfast! An experience that we will carry in our hearts and that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a special place to unwind and feel at home. A big thank you to Roberta, We will definitely be back!
