Sa Chessa

I spent 5 nights in this beautiful property that I had heard about for a few years. I couldn't wait to revisit this magnificent land and thanks to Sa Chessa I enjoyed it even more. A warm welcome from Mrs. Franca and her daughter Marina who, wonderful feeling, seemed like distant relatives you had not seen for a long time! No coldness or unnecessary formality, here you enter home and make you feel the warmth immediately. The room, smell of home, order and cleanliness, taste for detail and almost fear of ruining the furniture. Comfortable bed and sheets embroidered and ironed, for me very rare! A little noisy the air conditioner but it took just a few minutes to cool the room (yellow I seem to remember). Breakfast, rich and varied served by the sweet (but tough) Mrs. Franca. Homemade croissants and jams (quinces and killer strawberries), delicious cakes, great local ladyfingers, fresh fruit and great coffee! During breakfast exchange a chat with Franca and Marina is a great start and between an anecdote and a laugh provide useful information about the area. On the landing a useful refrigerator where you can store your drinks and more. Drinking kefir every day was really helpful. the discount store MD was not too far and convenient for supplies. Do I have to write a defect? the doors of the rooms do not defend against noise from the landing so if you return at night respect those who sleep and enter in respectful silence! Maybe I forget something but one thing is certain, I can never forget these fantastic people I have already grown fond of! THANK YOU!!! the return ship is leaving now:(

There is only one place that offers what I'm looking for, Sa Chessa in Ploaghe that Mrs. Franca manages with joy and exquisite hospitality offering maximum comfort, cleanliness and virtue not inconsiderable a breakfast all created by her, at will and varied: cakes, jams, fresh fruit and many variations also offering memorable products of her creation where Sardinian tradition meets her unpredictable but delicious creations. If you go to Sardinia, give yourself a nice gift, rely on Mrs. Franca, guaranteed that you will do like me, you will not go elsewhere.

Me and my family loved the structure run by Mrs. Franca and her daughter Marina! The house large, cozy, attention to detail, with impeccable order and cleanliness. We could call it a wedding favor of beating Sardinian heart. We were also given enormous kindness, care in choosing local products for breakfast and the gift of sharing their family history.
