Hotel Delfino

The only thing positive was the size of the room. For the rest: no elevator to the 2nd floor. No WIFI link and they were pretending that there was. Now that I read the other reviews, non of what I found was coincidental. Water was yellow (hot or cold). Was a pretty miserable experience for me. In middle of a very ugly town with 17 km to the seaside.

This type of places should be banned. This was sold to us online at a major travelplanner as a four star hotel at Porto Cervo. We ended up at a B&B at the main road of the ugliest town in the area facing a petrol station. The hotel is at the penthouse of an ugly building also hosting a bar for youngsters and several other businesses. We know this because the lift was out of order for three days (we never saw it work) and we had to climb up 58 steps of stair carrying our luggage several times a day. Yes, no lift, and no help provided. No night service, no room service. Breakfast of the poorest quality you may imagine, we saw the cake served at the supermarket round the corner for one euro (not for a piece, for the whole cake). Wifi only at the reception desk, effective but very noisy aircon... And 20 minutes drive to Porto Cervo. Just terrible.
