Hotel Lu Nibareddu

As a place to sleep with a good view for 4 nights, completely fine.

Beautiful residence with a panoramic location but not very easy access. Avoid if you have people who for some reason cannot walk well because there are steep inclines and declines to access the accommodations. Air conditioning in only one room, so if you use all 4 beds, either someone dies of cold or someone dies of heat. Restaurant serving excellent breakfast and dinner for half-board. They promote themselves as a pet-friendly property, but they are only in intention. Everyone is extremely kind, dogs can move anywhere in the property including pools and the restaurant, but there are no bins for collecting bags, nor a fenced area where you can let them run; you have to go to Puntaldia (about 15 min by car). The property has an agreement with the only operator on the beach of Porto Taverna who does not allow dogs, so in reality you will not be able to take advantage of the discounted rates because you will have to go to the other operators who allow dogs as long as they are kept under the umbrella... and they fleece you... 60 to 75 euros for an umbrella and 2 lounge chairs. On the other hand, however, you have free reserved parking. Cleaning is standard but not exceptional. There is no entertainment of any kind, so it is not very suitable for teenagers. The yoga class, however, is fantastic on the sunset deck!

Rooms are in absolute need of renovation. Super old, uncomfortable cheap furniture, whether in the apartment or on the terrace. Four of us couldn't even eat at the table because it was so small. Almost never got a lounge chair at the pool. Everything completely overrun. If you want to go to the beach, the restaurant, or the beach bar, it's only possible by car. Impossible on foot! Even by car it's complicated, a terrible gravel road. Unfortunately, there's also frequent stench from the sewage treatment plant... we would never vacation here again!!!
