Hotel Residence Cardedu

We spent 4 wonderful days in a very beautiful, welcoming hotel; the staff was truly exquisite, and the owner Antonella made us feel at home. Well-maintained and beautiful environment, abundant and varied breakfast.

During the last two weeks of May, we took our time this time, and it flew by again. Hotel Cardedu is only 5 minutes from the beach and also in close proximity to the "motorcycle legendary" SS 125. Cities like Barisardo or Arbatax are also just a few kilometers away and can be quickly reached by car or motorcycle at any time. The spacious and well-maintained grounds of the hotel offer ample space for cars, trailers, and of course motorcycles. Motorcycles can also be securely parked under cover if needed. Another highlight is the very beautiful, well-maintained, and large pool. A very diverse and visually appealing breakfast, taken on the large, covered terrace with a view of a wonderful landscape all the way to the sea, offers an ideal start to the day. The rooms are all air-conditioned, modernly furnished, with a bathroom, shower, bidet, etc. The fact that dinner is currently no longer offered is compensated on one hand by the available Sardinian snacks, and on the other hand by the support and advice, including reservations (partly with discount vouchers) from various dining options in the nearby area. A meal ordering and delivery service is also available. However, the true highlight of the house is the people who tirelessly strive to meet every guest's request to their utmost satisfaction. Starting with Antonella, the owner and manager, Sandro and Andrea, the two sons, and extending to the other staff members. Particularly noteworthy are Deborah and Sara, who, among other things, assist those who have forgotten their "Italian language skills" at home in excellent German 🤓😉. This is not only for motorcyclists - especially the proximity to the coast and simultaneously to the nearby mountains with their winding roads (and consistently good to very good asphalt quality) is an unbeatable argument for Hotel Cardedu. Furthermore, the hotel offers all its advantages at what we consider to be a very good, fair price level that withstands any comparison. The property has rooms with single direct access and are not bad. Being a hotel formula I do not share the waste disposal at my expense, otherwise I chose apartment or residence formula. At the restaurant better not dine
