San Paolo

Negative experience! Never to be repeated again! Terrible cleanliness and hospitality! The food was good.. too much humidity! In the walls, in the air, everywhere; the dehumidifier wasn't working! Everything costs extra, from the sun loungers to the 10-euro-a-day parking, beach towels, and drinks not included with meals! The room's bathroom looked like a country house bathroom; the shower wouldn't close, and the sink on the side was broken! The sheets were almost damp from the humidity! Staff who changed our seats based on who they liked, not well-informed or trained! Unprofessional and very lazy! TERRIBLE value for money

I stayed in this facility with my husband; everything was perfect: the food, cleanliness, and availability; it is a very nice facility well maintained and managed; thank you to all the staff, you are amazing.

I stayed here with my husband and children (7 and 16 years old) and overall we are fully satisfied with the experience! All the staff members are kind, helpful, and very polite, and they always greet you with a smile. The cuisine is excellent: the buffet dishes are always very varied, well-prepared, and of excellent quality! It is truly impossible not to satisfy someone: even the most "difficult" palates, like those of my children, have always been satisfied! Every meal is a celebration of colors, with always different dishes and a plethora of vegetables cooked in always original and appetizing ways: always well-prepared and abundant! As soon as one tray is finished on the buffet table, it is immediately replenished! The only thing to improve is the rooms: the decor could use a bit of updating, but despite this, the room was clean with fresh and fragrant towels and sheets! The outdoor environment of the hotel deserves a 10 and praise for peace and relaxation; moreover, the private beach with sun loungers is a significant added value! The location of the hotel is very convenient for reaching the best beaches on the coast!
