More than negative review of this so-called 4-star club and so-called Framissima... rooms full of humidity with an extreme mold smell... restaurant that looks like a cafeteria (noise, flavors of the dishes, minimalist buffet,..) Tasteless aperitifs with bottles watered down and pathetic bar furniture...unfriendly Italian staff...polluted beach (2 sewage pipes dumping into it) Noises from all the entertainment mixing together (great for being zen!!!) ...bathroom where you have to squeeze yourself to go to the toilet or the shower....balcony with a so-called sea view (you can't sit there...too small and a very ugly view mainly of the restaurant) wifi nonexistent in most of the rooms... happy vacation to those who are going to get ripped off like us!!!

Rooms mediocre. The included wine was appalling and the evening meal was awful

There is a lot of positive in this hotel: the entertainment, the pool, the atmosphere, the setting, the gym... But what a shame to spoil everything with such disappointing catering! The quality of the food is really mediocre. From breakfast, the scrambled eggs, which one can guess came out of a carton, are tasteless... don't imagine pancakes, you will have to fall back on mini pastries. And unfortunately, it does not improve at lunch or dinner. One could at least hope to make up for it with the raw vegetables, but even there, no quality or flavor. As for the vinaigrette? You have to settle for oil and vinegar sticks and manage on your own... Even the fruit lacked taste. And speaking of which, what can be said about the "all inclusive" during the day? Very little choice of drinks and, as for snacks, a few chips and peanuts, certainly some fruit... We are very far from what we have experienced during other stays with an all-inclusive package. After our return, we checked more reviews and noticed that the criticisms regarding the catering come up regularly. The problem therefore seems to be known, and that is precisely what makes the situation even more regrettable: despite the numerous customer reviews, nothing seems to be done to improve things. It is really a shame, because with catering up to standard, our appreciation of this hotel would have been completely different. It is a beautiful hotel
