For goodness' sake... from the rooms to the breakfast... not so much for the eccentric decor that might appeal to some, but precisely for what should be the services of a hotel that presents itself as a boutique hotel.

Nightmarish hotel. A travel agency booked for me a Mini Deluxe (as they call it), but it really had nothing of “deluxe”. As soon as I entered, I was speechless: a tiny space, practically unlivable, with a sofa bed instead of a real bed, and all this at over 100 € per night. After a sleepless night I asked to be able to change rooms (paying the difference) or at least be refunded for the remaining nights (5 in total), but I was told that the hotel was full and there was no refund. The room was so small that to open the window you had to climb on the bed (sofa bed from a square we are not talking about a double) or crawl between the wall and the base of the sofa, touching a visibly decades-old upholstery. The common areas, such as the breakfast room, are overflowing and badly organized. To get from the table to the buffet you literally have to walk among the people sitting or ask them to move, because there is no room to move. As a “compensation”, I was offered a free night in the future, but honestly I would not return to this hotel even if I was paid.

We slept 2 nights in this hotel, central for all walking in Cagliari. Kind people. Good and varied breakfast. Clean. Maybe just the compartment too small but with everything, including bathrobes
