Sant'Elmo Residence

We booked this apartment trying to prioritize proximity to the sea, I called the facility to ask for information about the establishment, but they said they didn't know anything as it wasn't their responsibility, so the establishment was closed and the beach was overrun with posidonia, and this already seems incorrect to omit. The apartment consisted of two rooms with new mattresses and a living room with a sofa bed that was in really terrible condition where I did not let my children sleep. During the stay, the shower handle broke, which was repaired, but since it was evening, the intervention took place the following morning. We still visited beautiful nearby beaches. The lady at the reception kindly provided us with an umbrella and two chairs. Some things need to be reviewed; also, grass cutting and masonry maintenance are done early in the morning at 7 AM, which I do not find fair while on vacation. For the mattress that was already in this condition, I had to leave €100 as a deposit because they attributed the total breakage to us. Absurd

We had already stayed at the Sant'Elmo residences two years ago and returned due to the excellent location for reaching some of the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia and for the services and sea view from the apartment.

The villa itself is pleasant, but its remote location makes it inconvenient. The parking area is far from the property, and the beach nearby is underwhelming. The owner provided only minimal supplies, such as a single roll of toilet paper, and the water pressure in the shower was extremely poor. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and we will not return.
