Drove from San Teodoro for a boat day and decided to stay over instead of driving back in the dark. This isn't a “hotel”. At best it is a cheap motel. Left our luggage early in the am and came back to find they broke a bottle of red wine that was in my carry on and it ruined EVERYTHING. The bathroom… if you can call it that.. has a shower you can’t bend over in. The air conditioning DOES NOT WORK. We checked in and out within an hour. They were very happy to charge us anyway. Find somewhere else to stay. Highly DO NOT recommend. Oh… and parking does not exist.

I suggest that you make a space at the hotel entrance, to receive vehicles upon arrival or departure, to unload or load luggage

Marisa at the front desk is amazing. My family and I were ditched by UBI Transfer. They were supposed to pick us up and take us back to Olbia which is 90 minutes away. I was panicked as to how we would get back to our hotel because transportation is not easy, and I couldn’t get help from anyone else in the town (including the transportation booths by the pier). I walked into this hotel for help. I was greeted by Marisa who is warm, welcoming, friendly, pleasant and professional. She found a well priced private car transfer for us. She told us to go wait upstairs in the rooftop have a drink and enjoy the view till the car arrives. She said the car would get to us within 30 minutes and the car did arrive in exactly 30 minutes. As first time tourists in Sardinia, we have endured a lot of hostility, poor hotel, restaurant and taxi experiences. However, this hotel and Marisa’s kindness was a refreshing experience.
