I booked an apartment in this complex through the agency Interhome, and unfortunately, it was a terrifying experience. As soon as we entered, we realized that the apartment had not been cleaned since the previous season, with dirt at the entrance, windows and shutters full of sand, no linens, and a broken air conditioner. Without curtains on the terrace exposed to the sun all day and without screens, being in gardens full of mosquitoes... so we were given it without checking its suitability at all.
We immediately called the agency, which naturally did not answer us, even though it was Saturday and during hours that should have still been open, so we had to stay there in those conditions until Monday morning.
On Monday, when we went to this agency, the manager, Ms. Lara, tried to remedy the situation by telling us she would give us a small refund for the three days already lost due to this situation and send someone for cleaning and the air conditioner, so we did not finish settling in until Wednesday.
Due to incompetent people, we lost half a week of vacation and had to adapt to a poorly maintained and dirty apartment; it's a shame because the complex where it is located is very beautiful, and if we return, we will not rely on this agency.
