Nice residence and close to the beach

We stayed at this residence for 5 nights and it was a disillusion. The residence area is very cosy with rather small but functional pool. Our “superior”apartment with sea view was quite large, new and well furnished. The young lady at reception very kind and helpfull. However this residence has also DIFFERENT BUILDING than posted on websites, reaching the main road of Porto Aranci and not cosy at all!!! Our balcony had only partial sea view, was not covered by roof = full sun the whole day, air conditioning unit facing the balcony = not possible to sit even in the evening while running air conditioner, busy street right under us = very noisy from 5:30 and a restaurant with fish smell under the balcony as well. The residence made also very strange action half an hour after our check out. They reported my credit card as invalid and cancelled the reservation on booking.com despite they took the payment up front in March and we stayed full 5 days. Perhaps they wanted to keep the 60€ commune tourist fee that we had to pay in cash. Reception is not open the whole day but only few hours in morning and in the afternoon.

The residence is easily accessible from Olbia Airport and ideally located to visit northeastern Sardinia. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can easily park on the street, free of charge. The staff is attentive, available and friendly. The residence is very well maintained and the apartment we occupied was very clean, brand new, perfectly equipped (kitchen, dishes), tastefully furnished, very spacious and bright. The balcony with table and chairs has a clothes rack where laundry dries very quickly (thanks to the air conditioning blow), knowing that washing machines are provided free of charge. Golfo Aranci’s 3rd beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot and the Welcoming and the dishes served in the residence’s restaurant are equally excellent. We highly recommend this structure and hope to return to it very soon.
