Residenze Le Vele & Le Maree

Really large and clean apartment Everything organized to perfection with on-site parking Top-notch cleanliness Gym ok

It could be a 10 but it was a poor 4. The apartment was very spacious and fresh, but lacked the TV in the room and the veranda with table, elements that were instead in the description of the apartment at the time of booking (also, they were the main reasons why we had chosen this place), the bathroom just arrived was not clean (I had to clean it myself after a reminder ..), missing the bidet and all our windows overlooked common areas, so it was impossible to keep the shutters up unless you wanted to show the whole residence your apartment. Parking is not guaranteed, spaces too small to accommodate all the guest cars, if you go out in the evening you can bother to park them near. In short, we were not given the apartment we had chosen, but rather a sort of adapted "cellar". Wi-Fi not even the shadow, but lesser evil. For what we paid, I could have chosen so much better and even more downtown.

The facility has potential, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing due to some disorganization. Upon check-in we were told an incorrect amount for the stay, forcing us to make a second payment later. During check-out they forgot to return the deposit paid for the trash, we had to go back. We had also asked to be able to use the gym on the morning of departure — one of the main reasons we had chosen this apartment over others — but we were denied. Among other things, most of the machines were not working. Finally, we point out the absence of courtesy bathrooms for guests, an uncomfortable detail especially at the time of departure. Too bad, because with more careful management and greater care of the services offered, the stay could have been decidedly more enjoyable.
