Non-existent air conditioning, leave you fans - restricted pool hours and needs renovations * We also stayed all week without ahuaheat although from the third day we were left the keys to the apartment next door. - Restricted reception hours. -the very attentive and friendly receptionist

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week in this “residence”. Leaving aside the question of location (Badesi is a small village, there are few services and nothing to do / see) because we chose it on purpose considering the desire to move both east and west of northern Sardinia and this location allowed us to stay in the middle. Basically, the structure was poor in several respects: cleanliness of the room (uncleaned sheets with still traces of hair/hair), very old furniture and consequently the apartment smelled terribly moldy, the bathroom (before washing it personally) smelled like a public toilet and I had to clean everything up. Also, it was unsustainable without air conditioning; a fan can't fix it. In general, the exterior of the structure was also poorly maintained, abandoned, uncultivated and badly maintained spaces. Finally, the staff were not helpful: we were not provided with support either to carry luggage or to offer us a simple roll of toilet paper when we politely requested it.

Clean and proprietary room really nice and helpful. The only flaws: lacks air conditioning and exhaust did not work very well for the rest I highly recommend this residence to those who do not have too many pretensions and like us uses the room only as a support for the night.
