They advertised in booking a 4 star hotel and we were place in adjacent apartments with tenants. Place smelled of mold and old facilities, terrible.

Nice hotel right on the square in Olbia, close to amenities. Carpark is a huge bonus, easy to find contrary to several reviews. Rooms were pleasant, shower had great pressure. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room which was unusual and a little annoying. Breakfast was OK but items ran out rapidly, single member of staff in the breakfast room was struggling to keep up. Expected noise from the street but there was none. However noise from within the hotel carries up the stairwell. Most annoying was the unnecessary noise from the elevator, which sounds out it's arrival at every floor very loudly. Surely that could be turned off, as it serves no obvious purpose?

BEWARE!! Bed bug infestation!! I reached out to the hotel for a refund and they won’t even provide one after we had to sleep in our car. Nobody at the front desk at night to have this sorted when we were there so we were forced to sleep in our car. Bed bugs found in bed and all over room. Night ruined in Olbia. Stay away from this place!
