Rina Sardinia

Just back from a lovely stay at the Rina Hotel Alghero. The Hotel was very clean and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was excellent and all tastes were catered for. The restaurant staff were excellent, especially Frencesco, who had a great knowledge of World cup football! The Pool was a bit small but adequate for a cooling off or a short workout. The Hotel is located about 35 minutes walk from Alghero Old town. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach or a bus to Alghero. You can Get a Bus from Alghero Airport (Linea 9312 or Number 3 ) get off at Alghero La Pietraia, which is only a 5 minute walk to Hotel Rina. The Bus stop for the return journey is accross the road from where you arrived, and each journey only cost €1 each. Local Tip; Restaurant Alguer Mia is only a 2 minute walk from Hotel Rina and it is superb.

Just back from a very nice stay in Hotel Riva - lovey room with a sea view balcony - lovely staff - so helpful & pleasant - hat off to Claudia & Dominica & their team on reception- dining room Alisha & the staff very pleasant & helpful! Breakfast good - perhaps a little more hot plates - had dinner twice - really good value! Location - nice walk to town along the promenade -longer than 20 mins - however it was probably us!!! Beach just across the road. Big supermarket nearby & great ice cream just down the street🥰 Will return … and recommend

Recently renovated hotel, rooms a bit small (especially the bathroom). The cleanliness of the room is excellent, and the staff is very kind and helpful. The pool is also great. The only small flaw is the buffet breakfast. A bit poor, especially in the savory section. As a good Italian, in the morning I would indulge in croissants (excellent), but the juices and coffee left much to be desired.
