Albergo Residenziale Gli Ontani

Pleasant and well-located hotel if you have a vehicle (15 min from Orosei, 6 minutes from the beach). The pool is great with lounge chairs available and a small pool for the little ones. However, several negative points were encountered during our stay. On our first day, the shower stall was broken; we notified the front desk, which was supposed to send maintenance, but after a 10-day stay, there was no repair. The rooms are poorly insulated and the noise is a plague (entertainment, neighbors...). The laundry service is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.: I went there at 3 p.m., and I was told that it was not possible that day. The AC drain empties directly onto the balcony floor, resulting in feet in the water across the entire terrace. The Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms and the network is poor in the common areas. A pizza restaurant is advertised in the hotel, but it does not exist. Some walls in the room are crumbling and falling to the floor... Despite these problems, we enjoyed our stay.

I was here for a week and I had a really good time. I want to compliment the entire Maragù entertainment staff, who made our stay unforgettable. A special thanks to Erika (super nice, engaging, and very good with the kids), Gaetano (top entertainment manager, radiates energy from everywhere, excellent at dancing and performing in shows), Veronica (very good at fitness activities), Giuseppe (super nice and very good at running tournaments), and Omar (very good and nice, top music). I also want to give a special thanks to the lifeguards (Michela, Davide, Cristian, and Luca) who proved to be super nice, helpful, attentive to the cleanliness of the pool, and always attentive to the bathers.

I was in this village for two weeks, I got along well with everyone but especially with the lifeguards (Michela, Davide, Cristian, and Luca). They were super nice, helpful, kind, and good at their jobs.
