Le Palme Club Hotel

We chose the apartment in Sassari Alinos for the nearby beach... Cala Liberotto... unfortunately this year it was not... accessible... completely filled with posidonia... so we had to go elsewhere... the apartment was very warm having the windows in the sun... cleanliness of the bins... let's not even talk about it... garbage scattered everywhere...

We spent two weeks with Frosch-Sportreisen at the Hotel Le Palme. Unfortunately, the company is apparently so focused on growth that the initial, interim good ideas with which they started some time ago had to make way for the economic factor. The team on site has to pay the price for this. - The annex is not on the premises, you don't know in advance whether you will be accommodated there, you have to walk past four other properties on a busy road to get to the main site. - The food is lower middle class and not varied - The pool bar is uncomfortable - The children's and youth program could be improved with a few creative ideas, as could the program for adults - Too few staff My friendly email to the Frosch management team in Germany with the request for clear, detailed, written statements about the tours/weekly program as well as on the website was rejected with the usual explanations and insinuations. Both the conversations with fellow travelers and the reviews on the Internet speak against this. A sovereign exchange in the interests of future travelers was not evident.

We stayed at this location for 7 nights. At first the positive things: the staff is very friendly and supportive! The food is also very good. Now the negative things: the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. No shop, no restaurant,... close by. From the hotel to the pool it is a 5 minutes walk and to get to the beautiful sea it takes another 10 minutes walk. The rooms are the catastrophe. Small and dark, the beds are very uncomfortable and so we tried to leave the rooms as fast as possible. Our back hurt directly after the first night. Sorry, never again this hotel!
