Hotel La Roccia

Look the hotel is nothing fancy and you feel a bit like you’re in a dorm room but the staff are absolutely delightful and the breakfast is unbelievable!! A super talented German woman makes cake from scratch and they are absolutely to die for. Location is great right near the pier and they have free parking. I would recommend this hotel although for the price, i do find it a little expensive for what it is.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, especially if you book ahead. As others have noted the rooms are basic and lack charm but are clean, with air-conditioning, quiet and everything you need except WIFI in the rooms. TV is small and has only 4 channels, all Italian. There is a good WIFI signal at reception. Staff are delightful. Every night the lady who prepares breakfast comes in to bake fresh biscuits and cakes for breakfast and will dole them out to you. There is a delicious aroma in the evening as a result. If a southern Italian breakfast of coffee and biscuits is not your thing they also have fruits, cold cuts and cheeses and yoghurts. I enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel is basic but offers quiet, clean rooms. The bathroom was very small. We had a balcony, which was nice. The staff is nice and breakfast was good. Free parking at the hotel parking lot is a plus. It is conveniently located and suited our needs.
