We had a small room, facing the courtyard, with a small balcony, which was very quiet. The building is located in a pedestrian zone; you can only get there on foot. We parked our car about 10–15 minutes away in a parking garage for €11 a day (Parcheggio Regina Elena | APCOA). Before check-in, you get all the info via WhatsApp for access to the apartment; Andrea was very helpful here and everything worked smoothly. The room itself was modern and clean, nothing was missing, and the air conditioning could also be controlled wonderfully. A small point of criticism is the mattresses; in my opinion, these should be replaced, as they are quite worn out. You can have breakfast nearby; the Antico Caffè offers a fantastic breakfast. I definitely recommend the PLEY and would come back again. Thanks for the stay!

The location is great, right in the main Piazza Yenne. Be prepared to hear the late night piazza revelry until the wee morning hours even through the ‘sound proof’ double glazed windows. The toilet leaked a river of water on our first day. It was ‘repaired’ the next day but began leaking again through the wall on our last day. The shower was tiny and has a precarious step down to exit. Be careful of the sharp edges. There is a lift in the building which is a bonus as we were on the 3rd floor but it managed to play up on our last day and we found ourselves scarily stuck between floors for a few minutes thinking we might miss our airport transport.
