The life guard sitting between the beach and the swimming pool area is absolutely useless and very arrogant and unhelpful. Not only he doesn't want to help but also discourages others who are happy to help - like the girl from the animation team. People like him should not work in hospitality

I didn't really understand the sink outside the bathroom. Maybe a small one inside. And a mirror at eye level ...was missing.

I should have paid attention to the negative descriptions. The only nice thing was the access to the sea. The sea is nice but only difficult to access because large and many stones made entry difficult. Dinner abysmal. Long waiting times, mini portions and not even served lukewarm. Partially also not fresh. Caution with fish. Breakfast ok. Staff very friendly except at the reception. They feel like they are doing the guests a favor when they answer a question. SPA area very dirty. Rust reaching into the pool, loungers full of indefinable stains. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and you cannot even go shopping quickly except at the campsite across the way where everything is sold at overpriced rates. Overall a very disappointing experience and for me quite clearly: was there twice, the first and last time. Nevertheless, I would like to praise the friendly staff: from the cleaning staff to the service staff. They contributed to the fact that we did not leave immediately. Thank you: Stefano, Ulises, the two Argentine women in the bar, the lifeguards and Alex. Grazie.
