Abitare in Vacanza

A nice apartment, well furnished in a modern style, with light and neutral colors. Equipped with every comfort, a television in both the living area and the sleeping area, air conditioning, a hair dryer, everything necessary for the kitchen, and a very large shower. The apartment where I stayed also had a nice outdoor space with a table, chairs, a barbecue, and clotheslines. Very central, close to the port and the main street. Excellent starting point for visiting the most beautiful beaches in the area. Plus, private indoor parking

Living on holiday was love at first sight. It is feeling at home, pampered by the understated elegance of the structure and the discretion of the common areas. Overlooking a marina, the residence del corpo 1 allows moments of healthy relaxation enjoying the breeze that comes from the sea through a terrace on the upper floor well furnished, with a wide view that gradually from the green of the lush vegetation of the entrance garden leads to the 'blue of the sea from which rise the trees of the many boats stopped in the harbor. Behind the terrace a large window showcases the gym corner to which the billiard room is attached with other entertainment games. And going further you can enjoy a comfortable reading area with comfortable white sofas and a bookcase, where you can lounge listening to pleasant relaxing background music. The individual residences are furnished in a modern, minimal style, with light tones and refined shapes; with attention to detail and attention to comfort. More than apartments they look like hotel suites. The arrangement of the same enhances the confidentiality of guests. Strategic location of the residence, a step away from the course that every evening transforming into a pedestrian area offers pleasant walks among various stands, shops, bars and restaurants. A dense program of cultural events organized by the fraternal area, entertains the evenings of those who want to think even on vacation. All concentrated, ideal for those who conceive the holiday as a "place to live", where the necessary is at hand. The nearest beach to the residence can be reached with a walk of 7/10 Min. All around, in any case, the other beaches can be reached by car, the nearest in 10 Min, however along pleasant roads and not busy. La Caletta is a place for those seeking tranquility, where there is no hurry, no crowd, no noise, no confusion; where you appreciate moving slowly over time. Its beaches are all wide, of fine white sand, with clear water and graduated color, inhabited on shore by small fish; never crowded, even on peak days there are easily free areas. However, the area is poorly covered by the internet. Therefore, the structure, the location, the care, the hygiene, the quiet, make Abitare in Vacanza an exclusive summer residence; with the added value of the courtesy and hospitality of the host, or the entire family of Alessandro Costa.

Well equipped apartments, comfortable and spotless, perfect location near the center and beaches. Alessandro and his wife are very kind and always available for any customer need. Lo consiglio per una vacanza relax!
