For the second consecutive year we chose this property, spending two weeks of vacation there with our two small children. Precisely for this reason we were particularly embittered by the treatment received on the last day. Despite the heat of almost 104 degrees and the presence of two children, we were not allowed to remain at the pool for a few hours after check-out. It was simply explained to us that, in order to do so, we would have had to pay for an additional day. Naturally every property is free to apply its own rules, but common sense, courtesy, and attention toward customers who chose to return for the second year and have just spent two weeks at the property also exist. Being effectively invited to leave in these conditions, for a mere economic issue, was a truly unpleasant way to conclude the stay. It's a shame, because sometimes it's precisely these small gestures that make the difference between a property where you stay and a property you are happy to return to.

Beautiful establishment, well-maintained, clean, located just a few minutes from the port of Arbatax, from Cala Moresca (rocky) and from the beautiful beach of Porto Frailis. Friendly and attentive staff, so I share the positive opinions about this residence

We stayed here for the second time in two years and you never deny it. It's become our favorite place. Location top both for the exceptional structure (impeccable accommodation in comfort and cleanliness, super friendly and helpful staff, excellent services) and for the location, excellent and central. We look forward to repeating this beautiful experience as soon as possible, it is always a regret to leave.
