Forte Village Resort Hotel Castello

We had a great experience! Forte Village resort - What a lovely place and fantastic staff. Very welcoming, friendly and polite . Captivates with its exquisite hotels and villas and all the facilties one could ask for including an enticing selection of restaurants!! Forte Village Castello where we stayed was absolutely beautiful. It is a huge place, well run, well kept , exceptionally clean and the friendliest and helpful staff i have come across on my holidays to say the least. The staff that deserve special credit and mention are all the reception and restaurant staff with Benedetta on reception and Antonio in the buffet restaurant the standouts deserving extra credit for making our stay really special by meeting all our needs with always a smile on their face. Last but not least our very very special thank you to Valentina Dessi. Hotel Castello Garden Manager who went far out of her way and beyond to ensure not only our but from what I could see every guest's stay comfortable and Of high standard. Her professionalism and personal touch was unmatched. Just what one would want for a nice pleasant relaxing holiday. What a pleasant and relaxing week that we thoroughly enjoyed at this most beautiful resort!! Will return for sure!

We stayed at the Hotel Castello, the property is well-kept and welcoming, but what made the experience special was above all the manager Marcello who distinguished himself for his great professionalism, courtesy, and ability to make guests feel truly welcomed, also helping us a lot in directing us to the various services and restaurants that the resort guarantees. We had the opportunity to eat at the Beach Comber, at the Sardinian restaurant, and at the Brazilian restaurant, and all of them amply satisfied our expectations both with the food and with the friendliness of the staff. Thank you for the fantastic experience, Ivano and Maria
