The location is perfect, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Due to some work in progress, I asked to change rooms and the staff, especially Matteo from reception, granted my request with an upgrade to an even more beautiful and spacious room! In the room I found flowers and books to read. I was really impressed by their helpfulness and professionalism. The breakfast was great and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Overall, I was very satisfied and will definitely return.

Hotel located in the historic center of Ragusa. Elephant, comfortable, amazing breakfast and very kind staff.

The structure is beautiful, but would need greater care, both in cleaning and in restoring some furniture (the headboard of the bed of our room needed it), but what surprised us was a certain disorganization, for example the television in the room did not have national channels (Rai1, Rai2, Rai3, Canale5, Italia1, Rete4 and La7) and despite our reporting, they failed to solve the "problem". In the breakfast, moreover, there is a small use of local products, of which Ragusa is, instead, rich and also the wifi should be improved, its reception in the room is insufficient. Excellent location of the hotel, which is located in the center of Ragusa, while for parking you can use, through the structure, a Covered site located about 200 meters. A note of merit is for the staff that deals with massages, specifically the ladies Roberta, Alice and Mr. Davide, who are very good.
