Donnafugata Relais

On holiday with family and friends. When we booked we asked several times if the two apartments were adjoining because of the children receiving an affirmative Response but arrived on the spot we realized that we were in different structures, making it known to the lady who welcomed us was told that she could not do anything. The apartment itself is not bad, The sheets we found stained but it was not a problem as we had our own. The biggest problem was the faulty washing machine that although pointed out immediately the technician came a few days later pointing out that the fault was not easily fixed. Moral of the story hand washed linen a nice discomfort for those with small children.

We enjoyed our stay in this complex. Excellent quality at affordable prices, we liked it so much that we extended our stay. The manager was very kind and helpful, there is good internet, and the apartment offered all the things we needed.
