Absolutely negative experience. Due to the eruption of Mount Etna, my flight was diverted to Trapani, preventing me from reaching the property. After contacting Booking.com, it was confirmed to me that, since it was an extraordinary event beyond my control, cancellation without penalties was due. Unfortunately, once I contacted the hotel reception, I was met with unheard-of rudeness. The receptionist called Booking's instructions "blatantly insane," categorically refusing to accommodate an emergency situation. What left me deeply stunned and bitter was perceiving, in the operator's tone of voice, a sort of satisfaction with my distress: the only thing that mattered to them was pocketing the money for the room, despite the objective impossibility of reaching the hotel. A petty, unprofessional behavior devoid of any humanity. After this terrible experience, I will never set foot in this hotel again and I strongly advise anyone against booking at a property that speculates on the misfortunes of its guests.

SCAMMED! Paid and never used the stay: stay away from it! My experience with the 4Spa Resort Hotel was a total scam. I booked and duly paid through Booking for a package that included an overnight stay and a spa circuit. A few days before the stay, I was contacted by the property, which informed me of the spa's closure for renovations, assuring me that they would contact me themselves to reschedule everything. Not only did I never receive their call, but when I tried to contact them myself to resolve the situation, the assistance was shameful. First, they made the excuse that "too much time had passed," and then they even denied ever having received the payment. I have already verified the incident with Booking's support, which officially confirmed to me that the amount was duly collected by the hotel. The property, therefore, denies the evidence, keeps my money, and does not allow me to use the service. Dishonest, unprofessional, and totally unfair behavior. I literally feel scammed. I advise anyone against this property.
