3 nights , decent room, clean, a little old, quiet, decent location. Hearty and good buffet breakfasts and dinners. Very friendly and smiling bar staff but drinks rates a little excessive.

The hotel is located in a secluded urban center that makes it difficult to go out for a visit or a drink. But the worst part is that, on this trip of Special Tour, several travelers have stolen money and objects from the rooms

Excellent three stars, absolutely not four! The structure unfortunately has shortcomings that in my case were more than one. First arrived at 22:10 without dinner, I am told that the restaurant closed at 22:00 so it is not possible to have dinner. So I ask to have room Service even if only a sandwich, but No, it is not possible because the restaurant closes at 10 pm! At that point I go to the bar for toast, but the bar has nothing edible except drinks or ice cream. At that point I think whatever.... I will eat a snack in the room, but in the minibar only water. 😩 In addition to this, room in my case objectively dated and poorly maintained, so much so that it was not possible to regulate the air conditioning (with a Siberian climate), since to sleep I had to disconnect the air fancoil directly from the electrical panel. But I wasn’t the only one who heard... Moreover, my room was positioned just above the reception entrance, so at 7:10 am I was woken up by the horns and rattle of the departing tourist buses. Breakfast really poor and poorly cared for for a 4 star, salty only two arancini, a pizza, scrambled eggs with bacon and nothing else (not cold cuts, cheese or anything else). Finally, since I’m here for a meeting starting at lunch, I ask where I can stay until the meeting begins and I find that, outside the room (and inside the meeting room) there is no area in the entire hotel with the air conditioning on. Since I’m in a suit (and not a costume), and there’s an almost Asian temperature and humidity, I’m forced to sweat until that time! The only strong point, the location, the pool flush with a great view of the sea, the reception room and the helpful staff, but nothing else. Obviously purely personal judgment, related to my experience (I guess not lucky).
