A few words... No one at reception, because there is no one. Uncomfortable mattress. Problems with check in. No fridge in the room. Air conditioner shutting down forward. Soap inside the shower that I find unhygienic. The only good thing: Cleanliness.

Practically defrauded by the owner who tells me on the phone that having a 4 month old baby I will have a "mini apartment" with kitchen available. In practice, the mini apartment was nothing more than a room, quite large in fact, but with a kitchen, outside the room and in common, practically unusable since there was NO DISHES, not even a glass or cutlery. The mattresses are absolutely nightmarish, luckily I only spent one night.

Had a very brief stay here; less than twelve hours. The bedroom was basic but clean, as was the bathroom. Our room was on the third floor; WiFi was pretty much non-existent. Breakfast was very sparse. However the service was excellent; we checked in very late and the lovely man who checked us in was full of recommendations about the neighbourhood and about Palermo in general. This B&B was well-located; very close to the railway station. Not luxurious by any means but fine for our purposes, really.
