If I could rate this less than a 1, I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Stay away! They did not follow the guidelines and take our passport details into the reservation system. When you walked into the room, the overpowering smell of ammonia filled the room. Drain flies were in the room and the shower had mold on the shower head, walls and floor and the bidet area smelled like old urine. I didn't even feel comfortable showering here, walking without shoes or leaving my valuables in the room. The only good thing about this place, was it's location to a fantastic gelateria, that also made amazing fresh cannoli. This b and b business should not be operating!

Awful accommodation, charmless room, with things that don't work (e.g. air conditioning) or broken. And the worst dirty.

Perfect palazzo - booked as 1 room for our family - it’s an apartment complete with 3. balconies overlooking lovely garden. Staff so friendly and relaxed. Great buffet. Breakfast with endless coffee top ups . 💚🙏
