B&B Marchese Sala

I may need to question the other reviews and the ratings. The B&B is located on busy square and the vehicle noise is constant presence. There is a heavy smell of tobacco smoke in each room. The breakfast is not served on premises. The pictures of the breakfast served on the patio is at best misleading. You are issued vouchers and instructed to go to the bar a few blocks away where you are entitled for a cup of coffee and a croissant. The private external bathroom is not private and is located in the corridor that is accessed by other guests. The room needs painting, there were stains on the blanket and there were mosquitos in the room. No one cleans the room if you stay more than one day. The owner is nice but speaks very little English. This is cash only establishment. The only positive is the central location, very close to the old town.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 1 night while in Agrigento and we fell in love with the location, the view, our lovely balcony and the wonderful hosts! Very clean and superb service from the friendly couple who owned this little gem. We felt like we were visiting a dear friend or relative!

A great place in the best location in Agrigento just in the central pedestrian road! It has very comfortable beds, it is very clean and the breakfast offers a wide choice of fruit , yoghurt cereals and coffee. I would definitely return here. The owners are very helpful and nice people.
