We had an excellent stay at BB22. Everything was perfect: the location is ideal for exploring Palermo on foot, and the bedding is very comfortable, which allowed us to sleep very well. Before our arrival, all the explanations were clear and precise, which made check-in very simple. We were also able to book our transfer to the airport directly with the establishment, a very convenient service. A big thank you to Emmanuella, who was very kind. Always smiling, available, and patient, she took the time to explain the places to discover and to give us valuable advice to enjoy Palermo. I highly recommend this establishment and would gladly stay there again.

We stayed four nights in Palermo, but only one night at BB22, but wish we could have stayed more. Our hostess at BB22 was exceptional, meeting us at the door and giving us a tour of the space. She also recommended the best restaurants, and museum and we were so glad to use her suggestions. The room was well appointed, with a living room, fully stocked kitchen and windows that completely blocked the street noise. The view out the window was a cozy pizzeria, and we wish we had time to dine there. It really wasn't a hotel, as we were expecting, but more like a home! The room was so clean and comfortable. Our hostess also arranged our taxi for the airport, which was timely and pleasant. BB22 was one of our best experiences in Palermo. Highly recommend.
