Borgo Pantano

We spent a wonderful and thoroughly enjoyable week as a family of five at Hotel Borgo Pantano, and we cannot recommend it enough! ​From the very moment we arrived, we were welcomed beautifully with genuine warmth and hospitality. The entire staff is incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. They truly went out of their way to assist us with any questions we had, offer great local tips, and book restaurants for us. The level of service is exceptional! ​The hotel property itself is a peaceful oasis. They have a gorgeous, luxurious swimming pool and beautifully maintained, expansive green lawns that create a deeply relaxing and serene atmosphere. ​If you are looking for top-notch hospitality, comfort, and tranquility near Syracuse, this is the perfect place. We would absolutely love to come back!

Had a beautiful stay last week, I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough. The hotel it's self is beautiful and the staff really go out there way to help. The breakfast was exceptional and you are genuinely spoiled for choice.Can't wait to return.
