We stayed in this new property and were thrilled. The location is excellent, close to everything. The staff offers a super kind and professional welcome; the surprise of the fruit platter brought to the room shortly after arrival was beautiful. The culinary tips on where to eat and drink are also super useful. The room (as well as the bathroom) is spacious, with a comfortable bed, well soundproofed and air-conditioned. Truly impeccable!

It could easily be a 5-star; there were 4 of us and they gave us a beautiful apartment with 2 suites, both with bathrooms, one even with a walk-in closet, and a huge living room with a panoramic terrace overlooking the temples. Friendly staff. The view of the central station, which is an architectural masterpiece, is also beautiful.

We stayed two nights at the hotel. The room was in a different building, a few meters away from the main building. The front desk employee did not help at all with the suitcases, even letting my little kid carry his own! On the positive side, the room was modern, spacious and clean, while the location is excellent. At the negative, there was not even iron available, which I met for the first time in a hotel. Also, the balconies were dirty and with no view. Overall, the service did not meet our expectations.
