Noto Sicily B&B

Had a pleasant stay for one night in the very center of Noto. The room was perfect, nice shower and clean, breakfast at local cafe which was very nice to sit outside and eat a fresh pastry and have a good coffee. The owner Antoinette is charming and quite a character, we spoke no Italian and she no English but we got by and had to pose in her amazing house before departure, got to be seen to be believed. No church bells at night which was a relief!

Very central location b&b, only two minutes walk to the centre of town. A very friendly owner, he gave us map of the town and suggested where to start our sight seeing.We mostly like the breakfast at the roof terrace, where he served croissant, coffee and juice. Our room (ground floor) is clean and spacious, but with no window which makes the room so dark. This is not a problem for me, because it means I can have a good night sleep which I did. Wifi is available, just ask owner for key. All in all a value for money.

we stayed here for two days and this B&B is great value for money and perfectly located - only a 2 minute walk to the old town. The owner is very friendly, i don't think we've ever had such meticulous room service (he tidied and folded up all the things we'd left strewn around the room when we went out the first day). It's a nice bright clean room with self catering facilities should you want them and some nice chintzy decor. There's only a couple of rooms at this place so it's quite peaceful. The owner gives you a front door key so you can let yourself in and out at any time and there's a nice roof terrace which is always open. The B&B specifies parking, but this is just on the street outside not in a private car park. We were able to park right outside the B&B though and had no problems with our car
