We stayed in this historically rich palace, met the owners who were friendly, kind, and very accommodating, enjoyed beautiful and clean rooms, and had an excellent breakfast that was all delicious. A relaxing and family-friendly environment. Everything was perfect, well done Giampiero.

I found, browsing in this shower of ultra-positive reviews, traces close to my experience, which I want to share. We arrive at this b&b and are taken downstairs, after seeing a well-kept and perfect upstairs. Downstairs, I said, is full of uncomfortable, damp and rather cold rooms, without even shutters, so that the yellow light that illuminates the courtyard prevents proper sleep. The breakfast room, beautiful, opens at such a late time that leaving at 7.30 (not at 4 am) not even a coffee is allowed. Not recommended, then, or recommended for those lucky enough to stay in the apartments upstairs, and be able to have breakfast around 9.30 / 10...

This is a historic palazzo, several generations in the family, with a very special atmosphere. The traditional decoration is very nice, the family is friendly, and the price for a single room was very fair. You are located in the center of the lower town, and very accessible to walk up the upper town as well. They also serve a delicious breakfast in the charming dining room. A great option for staying in Modica.
