SPA to avoid! Completely disappointed.. the place is cute but they are not very attentive to the cleanliness and maintenance of the spa.. having visited several, I would say that this is the worst.. a pity because overall the resort has a lot of potential! But we will not return

Definitely disappointing experience. The facility appeared poorly maintained and had obvious cleanliness issues, especially in the common areas and changing rooms. The staff was practically nonexistent: it was difficult to find someone to ask for information or assistance. Moreover, one of the main reasons we chose this spa, the hot tub, was out of service without any prior notice or adequate explanation. Considering the cost of the service, one would expect greater attention to both maintenance and guest reception. Unfortunately, the overall experience was well below expectations, and I do not feel comfortable recommending this facility. Absolutely to avoid.

Staff available, although upon our arrival we did not find anyone to welcome us, and the person who let us into the wellness center explicitly told us that he had not even been informed of our arrival. It should be noted: mandatory payment in advance (weekend rate). Hot tub with cervical waterfall not functioning; Jacuzzi partially functioning and dirty with hair and debris on the edges; ants in the tea corner; emotional shower malfunctioning; dirty bathrooms with hair on the benches and unclean floors. We reported the issues to the staff, whose response was simply "WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE." In the meantime, we paid full price for the wellness path with mandatory payment made in advance, but we barely utilized even a minimal part of the services for which we paid! Workshop.
