Villa Raino

This is a very wonderful place run by a wonderful family. The welcome and care are genuine, the food, superb and generous. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Great showers.I swam in the beautiful pool and the terrace is peaceful place. with stunning views. Every request was graciously accomodated ( from printing walk notes to providing corks to put on my knitting needles to stop my knitting sliding off!) I would love to return. Many thanks

We had lunch on Easter Monday with a group of friends, spectacular local tranquility reigns supreme great personal food available and clean environments definitely we will return to eat is also a nice stay given the beautiful location.

An old palazzo in the middle of the countryside with lots of potential but unfortunately several things are amiss. Location is incorrect on google and will take you down an abandoned country road straight into a field. One would expect owners to let you know of this since when I called for directions I was told that it happens all the time. Food was poor , the worst we had in Sicily. A carbonara that was served resembled an omelette. Pool is nice but badly needs attention with cracked tiles everywhere. Rooms are beautiful and large. The owner is a slightly eccentric man who seems to run the place a little like Basil Fawlty. I really hope the place improves- it has a lot of potential.
