Very serious experience and management, in my opinion, unacceptable. We stayed with our family at the Residence dei Margi, apartment 501, with a reservation from August 10 to 17. On the evening of August 14, around 11:00 PM, we found a large cockroach as shown in the photo inside the apartment. This is not a supposition: we documented what happened with attached photographs. The thing that left us even more bewildered was the subsequent management. After immediately reporting the incident to the reception via WhatsApp, there was no response, and the following day we were told by the staff that the cockroach problem in the facility was known and that cockroach extermination treatments are normally carried out. At that point, staying with my family, I felt I could not continue the stay peacefully, and we had to look for alternative accommodation in the middle of the Ferragosto period (at night at 11:00 PM) and with extreme urgency, incurring significantly higher costs precisely because of the very scarce hotel availability. Despite all this, the ownership refused to speak with us to refund the last two nights already paid in advance (she was busy spending her peaceful Ferragosto). I find this management absolutely unacceptable. From an accommodation facility, I expect first and foremost adequate hygienic conditions and, when a problem of this nature occurs, at least responsible and customer-oriented management. Regarding what happened, I am preparing a formal report to the competent health authorities so that they can carry out the checks they deem appropriate. I am attaching to the review the photograph of the cockroach actually found in apartment 501, so that whoever reads it can evaluate it based on a documented fact and not simply my opinion. After this experience, personally, I would not return to this facility and I absolutely cannot recommend it to other families; stay away. A vacation paid for well in advance and organized to spend a few days peacefully with one's family should not end at 11:00 PM desperately looking for another hotel in the middle of Ferragosto. Upon our departure, they even had the nerve to ask us for over €60 in extras, which we paid, because we are serious people, as per the attached receipt. An absolute disgrace!

APARTMENT 501 If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. We stayed in apartment 501 of this residence, and what was supposed to be a vacation turned into a nightmare. In the middle of the night, inside our unit, we found ourselves facing a HUGE COCKROACH. Not a small insect, not something seen casually outside: a huge cockroach inside the apartment where we were sleeping. And the situation became even more absurd and traumatic because it actually jumped on me. We photographed the cockroach and have images documenting what happened. At that point, in the middle of the night, we literally had to flee the property. We no longer had the peace of mind or serenity to stay there, so we decided to cut our stay short, finding another place and giving up the last two nights we had already paid for. And here comes the aspect that I find even more unacceptable: the two nights we could not use were not refunded to us. As if that were not enough, we were also charged for extras for beach towels, swim caps, tourist tax, and coffee on loan. We tried to speak with the owner to explain the situation personally and ask for a refund. The employees' response was that “today is Ferragosto and the owner must not be disturbed” and that we should have sent an email. I understand that Ferragosto is a special day and that the owner has a right to her day off, but we are talking about guests who in the middle of the night found a huge cockroach inside apartment 501, which even jumped on me, and who were forced to abandon the property and flee home. In a situation like this, I would have expected at least concern, availability, and a minimum of attention toward the customer. Instead, we had the feeling that the problem was practically only ours. Inconveniences can happen, but it is the way they are handled that makes the difference. And in our case, the management was, in my opinion, totally disappointing. We arrived to spend a vacation and found ourselves fleeing in the middle of the night from apartment 501, also losing two nights already paid for. This is not the type of experience one expects from an accommodation facility. As far as we are concerned, it was a terrible and unforgettable experience in the worst possible sense. We will never return, and I absolutely do not recommend this facility. Before booking, I advise anyone to think about it very carefully.

Postponed several times to check if there was availability or not. Recalled only because I had pointed out that in the end I did not want to enter the pool for free. Bottles of spritz paid 4€ of poor quality. But the very thing that has displaced me the receptionists who are able to make you feel uncomfortable just because you breathe. Zero empathy. They invited us to go elsewhere for a Deck Reservation mishap when you could emphasize compliance with the rule with grace and courtesy but they should do a crash course.
