The B&B is comfortable, in a central location in Palermo, very close to Via Vittorio Emanuele and various bars, restaurants, and street food, and at the same time in a very quiet area, without the noise associated with nightlife and nearby venues. We stayed in the room on the ground floor (I didn't see the others); it must be about 50 square meters, but I must say that it was rather dark, served by only one window screened by a tree outside; the lights present are dim and cannot adequately illuminate the room. From the photos on the website, I expected a much sunnier and brighter environment! The room was clean and tidy, however. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, and a coffee machine are provided. The bathroom is in need of an update. The room has a private entrance, which opens onto a fairly quiet internal courtyard (note the presence of vans loading/unloading materials early in the morning). Breakfast was not served to us at the property, but at a bar in the immediate vicinity, with a good variety of products. The owner, Mrs. Rosi, is available and very friendly.

Hot and exhausted from the trip, upon arrival at dusk, we were assigned a large room, but it was very hot and INFESTED with mosquitoes. The air conditioner was not on and the windows were open, giving free access to the insects. Bathroom with a very small shower closed off by a plasticized fabric curtain. At the end of the stay, the owner, most likely annoyed by our complaints, was not even willing to let us leave our luggage for a few hours before our departure from Palermo. I do not recommend it at all.

Just a horror. Impersonal Inn, we were all simply scammed , we had a suite with wall view. A real cave, I asked for a room with a minimum of view, I was charged 50 € , then 30 € days for supposed upgrade that I did not ask, moreover the Inn is cold, without any space for this pose , room - street. No terrace, overrated Inn, falsely bourgeois with bling bling decoration, without any soul, compared to ferocious money. The Pension struggles to fill and we understand at our expense why.
