B&B Felice

The staff were really great and very helpful on our arrival . The accommodation is very convenient to Politema Garabaldi which is great for access to and from airport. The rooms were great, both comfortable and clean and the breakfast very appetising and served with a smile. The staff were most welcoming and accommodating which contributed highly to a wonderful visit. I would thoroughly recommend it to all - 5 star rating well deserved.

We had booked a different B&B for our journey to Palermo, when Booking.com told us they could not accomodate us. I am so glad they couldn't, this has been one of the top 10 most welcoming experiences I've had at any B&B, Francesca showed us all the good tourist attractions and welcomed us into a super clean nice room with a balcony overlooking a quiet street. The fridge has complimentary fresh water, and a kitchen with coffee and tea. At breakfast you get a croissant, some bread and an omeletten if you so choose. The best way to start and end a day out on the town is by waking up and going to bed here!

After much deliberation on where to stay before the trip, I had narrowed down the search to B&B Felice. After reading of the small touches that this place adds to your stay, I thought, I can't go wrong here. This turned out to be one of the best B&B's I have ever stayed in. Very clean, I mean really clean! The breakfast area is well stocked, you can have a drink etc post breakfast, even some biscuits, and a selection of Twinings Tea! Francesca was very helpful, showing what's on in Palermo for the week ahead, different apps to use, even added her on WhatsApp if we had any further questions. I don't think a major hotel chain could compete with the attentiveness and warmth that Francesca added to our stay. One surprise was a bottle of wine, cheese and olives in our room fridge, after a long day out, such generosity and thoughtfulness was well and truly appreciated(Francesca thank you again). We also had water stocked up each day in the bedroom fridge, again, nice little touches like this really elevates the experience. I can't recommend this B&B enough, great location, a walk away from everything you want to see in Palermo. Large air conditioned room, large private bathroom. Great breakfast each day, fresh coffee, selection of croissants, a home cooked omlette, if you require. Great value overall, 7 nights B&B, and enjoyed the stay immensely. 😁
