Bed and Breakfast Palermo Centro

It is not the first time I choose to stay at the b & b Palermo center. Quality, courtesy, comfort. Feel like home. Comfortable and elegant rooms. Excellent and complete services. It is in a convenient position to move even on foot. The availability and friendliness of Mr. Alfonso is unique! A bed and breakfast really complete with everything you may need. I will return again, again and definitely again. I absolutely recommend it!

Close to railway station and bus station, yet a quiet place. Very nice room, a little small shower cabinet, but clean and ok. The landlord was very polite and helpful. Of course, this is not Hyatt or Sheraton, but cheap and just what I needed, I stayed there for a week.

After my experience with this b&b I would advise travelers to stay well away from it 😡 I had booked two nights stay and on the night I arrived in palermo I spent 45 minutes trying to find this accommodation and when I did I couldn't get in to it I phoned the number on the sign and got an answering service. I informed the accommodation that my time of arrival was between 11.30pm and midnight I arrived at ten minutes past midnight. Because I couldn't gain entry to the accommodation so I had to sit on a wooden bench outside the train station the whole night until 8am until a porter from the office's in the same building opened up and phoned the owner of the accommodation. I had nothing to eat or drink all night and when I said this to the owner he was not a bit interested and couldn't of cared less. When he showed me the room it was nothing like what I had booked on booking.com and was filthy with a broken shower door and mould on the walls also the bed linen was not fresh linen and my breakfast that I paid for was two small pieces of bread and a chocolate croissant and one coffee pod and one tea bag for which I had to go out to a hallway to make it. I paid for b&b for two nights and one stayed one night because of not being able to get entry on the first night and only got one breakfast. Please avoid this accommodation at all cost otherwise you will be disappointed and that would be putting it mildly.
